Refund policy
At Royal Sheets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Missing items in the order
We do not accept returns for change of mind unless approved by our support team.
2. Return Time Period
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
If the product is defective or incorrect, Royal Sheets will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method or as store credit.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Used or washed products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
